- This is the most economical and adaptable way to move product between processes, or to accumulate product.
- A very flexible type of conveyor – it is very easy to alter layout / configuration.
- Once installed, they require virtually “no” ongoing maintenance.
- The conveyors can be set up horizontal, or on a decline.
- They are often installed at the end of powered conveyors – to provide accumulation, allowing the powered section to continue running.
- In pick / pack lines we can incorporate bench tops within the conveyor frame, for packing and invoicing functions, and also ball transfer tables – to divert product manually, at 90 degrees.
- 45 degree and 90 degree curves can also be used with this system.
