Pallet Live Storage Systems are an efficient way of attaining high density cubic utilisation and stock rotation in your warehouse of freezer.
They are most suitable where stock rotation is critical, you require a medium level of pick slots, and space is a premium.
Pallets are loaded at the entry face; they roll forward, through gravity (as the roller tracks are on a slight decline) to either the next pallet in the storage line, or the exit point.
The pallet descent is controlled by speed controllers, which prevent the pallet from accelerating. When a pallet is picked, the other pallets in the line behind, all move forward one place.
The weight and condition of pallet are important, as this impacts the design.
Roller track options include 2 tracks, 3 tracks or full width roller. Roller type also varies depending on the pallet weight.
